Privacy
Usage counts
We keep daily aggregate counts of page visits, photo selection, checkout actions and download requests, grouped by language and a broad traffic-source category. We do not include photo contents, filenames, full URLs, email addresses or private access links in these usage counts. Browser events are disabled when Do Not Track is enabled. Short-lived hashed network identifiers protect the event endpoint from abuse. Payment and delivery counts come from existing order records.
Your photo
Photos are sent to Yir and its model providers to create the requested video. The studio does not store photos in browser local storage. Input files and generated videos are temporary; their availability depends on the provider’s expiry times.
Your order
We store an order identifier, payment and generation references, status, and a hashed private access credential. Your browser stores the private order credential so you can return to your video. Anyone with the private link can access that order.
Payments
Stripe processes your payment and may collect your email for a receipt. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by this studio.
Retention and requests
Order records are retained to deliver purchases, support refunds and keep necessary financial records. Contact support to request access or deletion; records that must be retained for accounting may remain. Do not upload a photo you are not comfortable sharing with generation providers.
