Refunds
Technical failure
If a paid generation reaches a terminal failure or is cancelled by the generation provider before delivery, we initiate a full refund to the original payment method. No new generation charge is made for the failed order.
Refund timing
The order page shows refund status. Banks may take additional time after Stripe issues the refund. If your order remains stuck or a refund is unsuccessful, contact support with your order number.
Other problems
If the delivered video has a quality problem, contact support with your order number and a description. These requests are reviewed individually. A successful generation does not guarantee a perfect match to your photo.
